I work remotely for a company that requires I connect to their VPN. Can I use another VPN on top of theirs?

Yes - it's called VPN chaining! A VPN service over company VPN adds extra security. Setup: connect to Turbo VPN first, then connect to company VPN. Your traffic: You → Turbo VPN → Company VPN → Internet. Benefits: company can't see your personal browsing (when not working), extra encryption layer, protection on public WiFi before hitting company network, your ISP can't see you're connecting to company (privacy from home ISP). I do this as contractor for defense company - they require I use their VPN, but I add Turbo first for my privacy. Important: check if company policy allows this (most don't explicitly forbid), may add latency (usually 20-30ms more), some company VPNs detect and block this. Turbo Premium works well for this - stable connection, kill switch ensures no leaks between VPN switches. Also useful if you travel and use public WiFi to access company resources.
